1.PP knitted wire mesh
PP knitted wire mesh is produced by special machines by knitting weave process with polypropylene (PP) or polythene (PE) that the non-metal wire as raw material, knitted into a seamless and continuous tubular form. PP knitted wire mesh is most commonly used in filtration and separation applications, such as demister pads and coalescers (reactor internals).
BLUE-STAR WIRE MESH can offer PP knitted wire mesh in the standard specifications, opening sizes range from 1 mmx 1 mm to 5 mm x 5 mm, while wire diameters range from 0.15 mm to 0.28 mm. Depending on the specification, the manufactured widths are between 100 mm and 1346 mm. The standard material is PP wire.
